EZBuzzer Privacy Policy

Introduction

Train of Thought Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the EZBuzzer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use EZBuzzer on iOS and Android.

By using EZBuzzer, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

EZBuzzer is designed to work without requiring personal account creation. The information involved in operating the App includes:

• Display name: A name or nickname you choose when joining or hosting a game. This is visible to other players in your session only.
• Room Code: An alphanumeric code used to connect players to a game session over the Internet. This is session-specific and temporary.
• Device connection data: Technical information required to establish Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, or Internet connections between devices during a game session.

We do not collect your real name, email address, location, or any other personally identifying information.

How We Use Your Information

The information described above is used solely to:

• Facilitate real-time connections between Host and Player devices during a game session
• Display player names to other participants in the same session
• Maintain the stability and performance of active game sessions

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the App's core functionality.

Data Storage and Retention

EZBuzzer does not store game session data after a session ends. Display names and Room Codes are used only for the duration of an active session and are not retained on our servers.

Purchases (Pro and Premium upgrades) are processed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information; all purchase transactions are handled by Apple and Google under their respective privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

EZBuzzer uses the following third-party services to support its functionality:

• Apple App Store — for iOS distribution and in-app purchases
• Google Play — for Android distribution and in-app purchases

These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

Children's Privacy

EZBuzzer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information transmitted during use of the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EZBuzzer after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
